1. Return Policy

My Sung Lab – Lumibloom, Women probiotic values your satisfaction.

  • Products can only be returned if damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at 6011-16665928 with your order number and photos of the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
  • Shipping costs for returns due to customer change of mind are not refundable.

Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed products.

2. Refund Policy

Your trust is important to us.

  • Refunds are only processed for eligible returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds do not include shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.
  • If the item is not eligible for return, no refund will be issued.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location, but you will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Re-delivery fees may apply for incorrect addresses.
  • Payment methods accepted: Credit/Debit card, Online Banking, E-wallets.
