1. Return Policy
My Sung Lab – Lumibloom, Women probiotic values your satisfaction.
- Products can only be returned if damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at 6011-16665928 with your order number and photos of the product.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging and unused.
- Shipping costs for returns due to customer change of mind are not refundable.
Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or consumed products.
2. Refund Policy

- Refunds are only processed for eligible returns (damaged, defective, or incorrect items).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds do not include shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error.
- If the item is not eligible for return, no refund will be issued.
